As a Certified Health Coach, Kripalu Yoga Instructor, and Personal Trainer, I am committed to helping my clients build a balanced relationship between body and mind to create an optimum lifestyle that is full of vitality, positive energy and peace.

A former professional dancer, I graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Communications and completed the Columbia University affiliated Holistic Health Counselor program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.   Combining my passion for personal growth with my love for yoga, movement and food, I developed my practice to promote mind/body alignment, whole food nutrition and stress management.

Through our work together, each of my clients designs and implements their very own highly individualized roadmap to optimum health, using a holistic, natural approach.

By providing good health information, positivity, care and compassion, I have helped my clients increase overall health and happiness, decrease stress, anxiety, food cravings and dependencies, and most importantly, achieve inner peace through acceptance and appreciation of themselves.
