PRIVATE YOGA
Live, one-on-one yoga instruction tailored to your own goals, abilities, and needs. A custom practice designed just for you. Opt for additional meditation and guided relaxation.
All you need is wifi and a yoga mat with enough space to roll it out.
GROUP CLASSES
Be part of a community of likeminded Yogis. Stay in touch with your body, mind and spirit- and each other. Practices are online in small groups and include video vault access.
