How do I get started?

You can start by contacting me to set up a time to chat. On our call we will discuss your availability and your unique needs to determine if we are a fit. From there we can schedule your introductory Private Yoga or Life Coaching session.


What supplies do I need?

You’ll just need a wifi connection and a Zoom account. For Yoga, you’ll also need a yoga mat and enough space to roll it out. Other props that are helpful include a bolster, two blocks, a blanket and a strap. It’s okay if you don’t have everything yet. Check out my favorite Yoga props and supplies.


I’m just looking to do a one-time session. Do you do that?

I work with clients who are interested in meeting with a Private Yoga Instructor or Life Coach on a weekly, ongoing basis. For that reason, I don’t offer single sessions at this time. If you are looking for someone to lead a one-time class or workshop at a private or public event, please be in touch to discuss the options.


Where will we meet?

No matter where you live, you don’t have to battle traffic or parking to get to yoga! We can meet by Zoom video call in the comfort of your own home or office.


What are your rates?

Private Yoga and Life Coaching rates are comparable to private massage or talk therapy rates. I’ll give you a quote on our phone consultation.


I’ve never done yoga before. Is this for me?

Yes! I love working with beginners. It’s especially important if you’re just starting a yoga practice, to learn safe alignment so you know how to take care of yourself if you decide to take a large group class.


I have an injury/ illness/ disability. Can you work with me?

The answer is most likely yes. I am experienced teaching yoga to people with a range of health conditions, injuries and illnesses. We’ll discuss your specific needs on our call and make sure we both feel comfortable working together.
