Yoga Nidra Deep Dive: 4-week workshop


Join a community of folks just like you who want to practice the art of Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation together weekly, build a regular home practice (you choose how many times per week), share about their experiences with each other, and hold each other lovingly accountable. This is the next best thing to being in an in-person class.

Together, we will dive into the origins, science, and healing benefits of this profoundly restful practice in this 4-week course. No previous experience with Yoga, Yoga Nidra or Guided Relaxation required. Just a genuine desire to learn and be part of the group.

Meets on Tuesdays at 5pm via Zoom. Next session runs May 18th - June 15th

Each week, in addition to sharing, learning and asking any questions that you have, you will be led through a LIVE, original 30-45 minute extended Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation to help you rest, restore and rejuvenate.

Drift off into a profound place of inner peace. All you need to do is lie down and listen. No props are required, but a blanket to cover you and an eye-pillow or washcloth to cover your eyes are highly recommended.

$100 per person, includes access to audio recordings of each Yoga Nidra session for practice between classes for the duration of the course.
