Guided Relaxation Workshop Yoga Nidra
 

Join us for a deeply restful Yoga Nidra workshop with Jill.

Designed to help you cool down, unwind, and restore during the dog days of summer, this one-hour guided meditation will invite you to relax fully while lying down in a comfortable position, as you're gently led through breath awareness, body relaxation, and visualizations that soothe the nervous system and calm inner heat.

No experience is necessary. Just bring a yoga mat or soft surface, a blanket or eye pillow, and a quiet space to rest.

Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and rebalanced.

Following this workshop, you will receive a login to Jill’s full video vault where you can access hundreds of Unwind Body & Mind yoga and meditation videos for one week.
